Kimmy and Jesse’s wedding day began with a beautiful, traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Kimmy wore a gorgeous red silk dress with matching red shoes and lots of gold jewelry. :)
Kimmy's father made the best dumplings ever! :)
Michaela Spent the morning with the guys as they got ready for the tea ceremony.
When Jesse arrived, Kimmy's bridesmaids and family put up a good resistance before allowing Jesse to see his beautiful bride-to-be. It wasn’t until he broke out the red envelopes and paid the right “bribes” that he was finally able to greet Kimmy.
Kimmy and Jesse knelt before their parents and other relatives to share loving words of gratitude, and a cup of tea, in a show of respect. Their relatives gave them wishes of good luck and generous gifts.
After the Tea Ceremony it was time for a few fun formals at a nearby park.
After their traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony, Kimmy and Jesse had a western wedding ceremony at Blissful Meadow's in Uxbridge, MA.
