About Julie

How do you sum up your life using words? To try to explain who you are, or why you do what you do – you need more than words. If you could look through a photo album of my life, you’d see me, my brother and sister standing at the bus stop on our first day of school circa 1987 or sitting on my mother’s antique green couch (which is now in my office) on Christmas morning holding our favorite present that year. I feel like these pictures would explain more about me than I ever could, and I’m grateful that someone was around to take them. And now, as a photographer, I am happy to return the favor, and capture moments that will make it into someone else’s photo album one day.
 Some fun facts about me:
I fell in love with photography in high school. I basically walked into the dark room and never wanted to leave.
I'm a champagne and french fry kind of girl.
I got married February 1, 2014 to the love of my life. :)
I am a lover of all things antique. Spending a lazy Sunday strolling through an open air flea market is my idea of heaven.
I cannot leave the following stores without spending $50 – Target, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Whole Foods.
I love to travel but no matter where I’ve been I always come back to the seasons. New England will forever be my home.
I’m pretty much obsessed with my dog Georgia. She’s my editing buddy. I think she has about 45 different nick names but my favorite is “Puppy Girl”.
